Polaris RZR Wheel & Tire Package (4x156)
Complete wheel and tire package for Polaris RZR sport models. Includes (4) wheels and (4) tires professionally mounted and ready to install. Optional lug nuts available.
Fitment: Fits Polaris RZR 570, RZR 800, RZR S 800, RZR 900, RZR S 900, RZR XP 900, RZR XP 1000, RZR XP 4 1000, RZR Turbo, RZR Turbo S, RZR Pro XP, and RS1 models with the 4x156 bolt pattern. Wheels are 14" — matching stock on most XP-class models and a step up from 12" stock on older RZR 570/800. Optional lug nuts are 60° tapered (conical) seat to match factory wheel design.
Important Note on Lug Pitch: Polaris uses TWO different lug nut threads on the 4x156 platform depending on year. Modern RZRs (RZR XP 1000, Turbo, Pro XP, Turbo S, RS1) use M12x1.5. Older RZRs (RZR 800, RZR S 800, RZR 570, 2011-2014 RZR 900) use 3/8"-24. Verify your machine's thread pitch before sourcing aftermarket lug nuts — these are NOT interchangeable.
Does NOT fit: Polaris RZR Pro R (5x114.3 bolt pattern), Polaris RZR 170 youth (4x110), Polaris Ranger / General (see our Ranger / General listing), or any other machines with different bolt patterns. NOTE: This package shares a bolt pattern with Kawasaki Mule PRO and Can-Am models, but lug nut thread pitches differ — Polaris-specific lug nuts are required.
Tire Size & Clearance Guide:
- 28" tires: Direct fit on all RZR models. The safe upgrade for stock suspension — no modifications required.
- 30" tires: Direct fit on RZR XP 1000, Turbo, Turbo S, Pro XP, and RS1. Older RZR 570/800 require a 2" lift kit for clean clearance.
- 32" tires: Direct fit on RZR Turbo S and Pro XP. Other RZR models require a lift kit and may need fender clearancing.
Clearance and fitment can vary based on tire brand, wheel specs, machine condition, and any modifications. The size and clearance guide is provided for general reference only and may not apply to every setup. Typical lead time is 5–7 business days. Orders cannot be edited, cancelled, or returned once placed.
