Important
Spans the Twin Cam (2014-2016) and Milwaukee-Eight (2017-2024) engine generations — fitment is correct across both on the rear shock interface. Tri Glide and Freewheeler models are NOT covered by this part. Trike owners should confirm against Öhlins's Trike-specific fitment guide before ordering.

Öhlins STX Pro Blackline rear shocks for Harley-Davidson Touring, 2014-2024. Öhlins' current-generation Touring rear suspension, replacing the long-running HD 044 with refined hardware, simpler installation, and the same fully-adjustable damping that's defined the series.

Sold as a complete pair (left and right rear shocks).

The STX Pro Blackline retains the proven STX 36 platform with the hose-mounted external reservoir for consistent damping under sustained load — now with metal compression adjuster knobs, half-inch ID bushings (no sleeves required), and Öhlins-branded anodized aluminum reservoir bracket arms. Spring rate is preset for a 250-575 lb combined rider + passenger + cargo weight range.

Installation Notes

  • Direct bolt-on replacement for the OEM rear shocks. No frame modifications or sleeves required (half-inch ID bushings).
  • Initial sag setting is recommended after install.
  • Reservoir brackets mount to the saddlebag support hardware — confirm clearance for aftermarket bags or trunk setups before installation.
