Refund policy

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition. Wheels and tires must be unmounted and unused—including not being used as a spare tire—and must be returned in their original packaging. Mounted or used products are not eligible for return. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Items shipped from third-party vendors may be subject to their own restocking fees, not to exceed 25%. All exchanges are processed as returns. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For items advertised with free shipping, the actual shipping expenses incurred will be deducted from the refund amount. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Cancellations
Order cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. If financing (Shop Pay Installments, Affirm, etc.) was used to complete the purchase, the cancellation fee increases to 10%. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped and will instead be treated as a return, following the policy outlined above. UTV/ATV wheel and tire package orders cannot be edited, cancelled, or returned once placed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as aftermarket aluminum or steel wheels once a tire has been mounted on the wheel. Please ensure you order the correct bolt pattern prior to purchasing an assembly. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
