Shipping policy

Standard Shipping Policy:

We offer free standard shipping on orders of $149 or more shipped within the contiguous United States (lower 48). Orders under $149 ship for a flat $12.99. For Alaska, Hawaii, and international orders, please contact us for a shipping quote before completing your purchase.

Most orders placed by 2pm ET Monday through Friday ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day. Standard delivery is 2 to 5 business days after shipment. Items with a stated lead time on the product page ship on that schedule instead. Some exclusions may apply.

We use a variety of carriers to deliver our orders, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

We do our best to ensure that your order is delivered on time and in good condition. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us at support@tires-fast.com.

Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier or by circumstances beyond our control. We also cannot be held responsible for any damages to the package or its contents during shipping. If you receive a damaged package, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

LTL Freight Policy:

At Tires Fast, we follow our suppliers' freight policies to ensure your order arrives on time and in good condition. If you receive damaged or missing products, you must report it within 72 hours of delivery. Additionally, any damage or shortages must be documented at the time of delivery with the carrier.

  • Missing or Short Shipments – Compare the received shipment to the packing list. If there’s a discrepancy, note it on the delivery receipt and have the driver sign off. Contact us for assistance.
  • Damaged Freight – Inspect products and packaging before signing the delivery receipt. If damage is found, note it on all copies, have the driver sign, and take photos. Report the issue to Tires Fast so we can assist.

Failure to follow these guidelines may limit our ability to resolve freight claims.
