This cartridge kit fits the revised CVO Touring front-end architecture introduced for the 2024 model year — used on the CVO Road Glide, CVO Road Glide ST, and CVO Street Glide with the 19-inch front wheel and factory inverted forks. This is one of the few non-Showa cartridge kits in the Öhlins HD lineup, since the 2024+ CVO Touring front-end uses inverted (USD) forks rather than the Showa conventional forks found elsewhere in the catalog. The NIX architecture separates compression and rebound damping between the left and right fork legs — compression in one leg, rebound in the other — for more precise damping control than the OEM internals. Adjustments are made at the fork cap, alongside the spring preload. The cartridges install bolt-in into the original fork tubes.

Verify your fork configuration before ordering — this kit will not fit non-CVO Touring bikes or the Showa conventional forks used elsewhere in the lineup.
• Springs are required for installation and must be purchased separately. The correct spring rate depends on rider weight; Öhlins publishes a fitment guide and Öhlins USA technical support can recommend the right spring for your application.
• Front fork oil is consumed during installation and must be purchased separately. Öhlins publishes a recommended oil specification for these cartridges — approximately 2 liters of Öhlins 1309 fork oil is required per the manufacturer.
