Good wheel, fair price

Needed a spare set up for my boat trailer. I run galvanized wheels with 13" tires. Since the boat is heavy and I tow distance at times, I run wide profile, 8 ply radial tires. The combination I needed was not available but I could buy tires and rims separately. This one fit the bill, came well packaged with a heavy duty valve stem already installed. I simply spooned on the tire and had a spare ready for use.
