Important
Per the Progressive 412 chart. Sportster 1977-2022, does not fit 1979 or 1985-1987 (pre-1988 ranges have no registry coverage). Touring 1980-1983 only.

The Progressive 412 Series is a double-wall steel body shock with nitrogen-charged, multi-stage velocity-sensitive valving for smooth, consistent damping. A five-position cam-style preload adjuster lets you set the ride for solo, two-up, or loaded touring without special tools.
