The 422 Series RAP (Remote Adjustable Preload) shocks pair high-performance damping with a remote preload adjuster for the Softail chassis, where under-frame shock placement makes conventional adjustment difficult. The remote adjuster mounts behind the left passenger peg so preload can be tuned for changing loads in seconds.
